Travel: Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is conveniently located close to downtown Baton Rouge and to the LSU campus. The best way to reach the LSU campus from BTR is by taxi or Lyft/Uber (about $25 ride).
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is about 70 miles from Baton Rouge. The main travel options between New Orleans and Baton Rouge are Greyhound bus and car rental. If you plan to seek reimbursement for a car rental from the conference, please contact the organizers for guidance before booking the rental car.
LSU provides a site with additional travel information, including campus parking information. Parking at The Cook Hotel and Sonesta ES Suites are free for hotel guests. Guest parking on campus is available for a fee on the third floor of the Union Square Parking Garage (Google Maps link).
